Tpas are England’s leading customer engagement experts and have been operating for
over the last three decades. Tpas membership is made up of local customers and landlord
organisations, covering 3 million homes. They also have a growing commercial
membership of contractors, subcontractors and affiliates.
Auckland Home Solutions CIC have invested into Tpas, to benefit from the latest
customer involvement policies and practices but also securing and supporting the future
of the customer involvement agenda.
To kick start our journey, all front line housing and maintenance officers are attending
a bespoke training package in August 2024, which will focus on the following areas:
➢ An understanding of The Regulator of Social Housing – Consumer Standard
➢ Exploring different engagement activities for vulnerable adults.
