Check Responsibility
Make sure the appliance is provided by AHS and not owned by you before requesting a repair.
Identify the Fault
Determine whether the issue is physical damage or a functional problem.
If there is an error code, please check online to understand what it means.
Basic Maintenance Checks Before Reporting
By completing these checks, you help us better understand the issue and prepare for repair.

Clean any filters (e.g. washing machine filters)

Look for visible wear and tear such as burn marks

Ensure pipework or connections have not become disconnected

Restart the appliance
Confirm Before Reporting
If the appliance is confirmed faulty, you can then proceed with reporting the repair.
Helpful Tip
If a repair is required, please provide:
- A clear description of the issue (e.g. not turning on, oven not heating)
- A clear photo of the full appliance (not blurry)
- The error code (if any) that you have already checked but cannot resolve
